Every year, companies, big and small, share cutting-edge mobility technologies at Autotech Council's Science Fair Demo Day. This once-a-year opportunity introduces forward-looking technologies and innovations to strategy, R&D, scouting, investing, and partnership executives from across the mobility industry.
From browsing or exhibiting to private introductions, here's how you can participate at our annual Demo Day & Science Fair.
Be one of 25 companies showing technology this year - either inside at a table or outside in the parking lot - to 300 attendees over 4 hours. Exhibitors also take private pre-arranged meetings onsite on Thursday and online on Friday curated through our MatchMaker Meetings introductions service.
Up to 15 startups exhibiting at Science Fair each have the option to take to the stage on the expo floor to introduce their technology with a company pitch to mobility industry tech scouts and venture investors. Startup Packages also include the MatchMaker Meeting Service over 2 days.
500 curated, private introductions are scheduled in advance through our MatchMaker Meeting Service between Demo Day attendees who upgrade to participate in MatchMaker Meetings when the register. Meetings are pre-arranged onsite at Demo Day on Thursday Oct 15 with overflow meetings arranged online on Friday Oct 16.
Science Fair exhibits run on from 1:00pm-5:30pm in Palo Alto, CA on Thursday Oct 15. Expo passes will be available to the public starting in August for those just wanting to browse the exhibits.
2 sponsorships available. 1 Table Sponsorship for an exhibitor wanting a priority location and a bigger table, and 1 branding sponsorship for a company without an technology exhibit to be involved onsite.
