Science Fair is Autotech Council's once-a-year opportunity for technology companies to introduce innovation to strategy, R&D, scouting, and partnership executives from across the mobility industry. Our Science Fair looks casual – but it’s built for engineers, founders, and real buyers. No fluff, just curated intros and real tech. Share your innovation with a pitch or at a table, sign up for personalized MatchMaker introductions, or just browse the exhibits.
Car makers, vendors, startups, academics, and investors promote their innovations, products and co-development projects in a show-and-tell format. 100s of tech scouts and business development executives across automotive, transportation, and mobility visit the Science Fair to shop for innovation, search for synergies, and brainstorm potential use cases with their innovation colleagues.
While the layout may be reminiscent of a High School Science Fair, the technology is not! Companies leading the automotive, transportation, and mobility industries into the future are committed to innovation - both to innovating themselves and to partnering with the best innovations available whether those are found in their existing supply chain, a venture funded startup, or a university lab.
Nearly every conference offers a meeting service, but few are managed the way that we do here at the Autotech Council. Our focus is on helping participants secure the meetings they need - onsite, online or beyond the event. Once a year, at the Science Fair, our Matchmaker Meeting Service facilitates a series of meaningful introductions over 15-minute, prearranged, private meetings inperson and online across 2 days among executives committed to technology discovery and partnership development.
Results from our 2024 MatchMaker event include an average of 7 meetings for companies who actively used the tool, and the best results went to a Series B startup with 2 delegates who took 12 meetings between them.
With the exception of the MatchMaker introductions that continue online on October 17th, the Science Fair is onsite only, with no remote access on the 16th.
along with entrepreneurs, media, academics and the wider automotive community.
