HOST A MEETING
Autotech Council meetings are hosted by corporates around the Silicon Valley who are leading the way in mobility innovation. Hosts benefit in many ways - from industry leadership to technology education - when they welcome mobility executives into their offices and participate actively in the conversation.
2024 MEETING CALENDAR
Host requirements include:
- Meeting facilities in Silicon Valley for 50+ executives seated boardroom or classroom style
- Catering for coffee breaks and/or lunch depending on agenda
- Full-room video display, and AV tech support upon request (no audio required)
- MUST HAVE: fast, reliable Internet (WiFi or Ethernet), with limited firewalls or throttling
- Available parking for 20-40 executives
Host options include:
- 5-minutes on the agenda
- Space in-room for demos during breaks and lunch
- Member tours of host's innovation facilities or executive briefing centers.
Hosting Online:
When a company prefers to host our virtual attendees, we offer our virtual lounge. Autotech Council's Lounge is an interactive, visual, table-based meeting tool which allows attendees to visit speakers at their virtual tables to network and followup before and after the presentations.
