HOST A MEETING

 

Autotech Council meetings are hosted by corporates who are leading the way in mobility and automotive innovation. Hosts benefit in many ways - from market leadership to technology education - when they welcome industry R&D and innovation executives into their offices and participate actively in the conversation. 

2026/27 MEETING CALENDAR

Host requirements include:

  • Meeting facilities in Silicon Valley or Detroit area for up to 50 executives seated boardroom or classroom style
  • Catering for coffee breaks and/or lunch depending on agenda
  • Full-room video display, and AV tech support upon request (no audio required)
  • MUST HAVE: fast, reliable Internet (WiFi or Ethernet), with limited firewalls or throttling
  • Available parking for 20-40 executives

Host options include:

  • 5-minutes on the agenda
  • Space in-room for demos during breaks and lunch
  • Member tours of host's innovation facilities or executive briefing centers.
