Autotech Council meeting agendas always include spots for startup pitches and technology demos and sometimes also include expert analysts and panelists. There is no fee to speak, but some spots may be reserved for members, sponsors, and paid marketing. Speaker applications for open agendas are generally reviewed up to 1 month before a meeting.
Companies who want to be part of an agenda but missed the application deadline, along with startups who are selected but want extra exposure or demo time, can both take advantage of a "Marketing Package" in select meetings. When available, this package includes networking tables (virtual/in-person), demo space (online/in-person), marketing (via website, social, and on site), and support in your followup by distributing material to Autotech Council members post-meeting.
