About Autotech Council's Science Fair
Autotech Council members are dedicated to scouting, integrating, and building innovation for mobility. Our Annual Science Fair highlights the innovative products, services and technologies being built by the Autotech Council community.
While the layout may be reminiscent of a High School Science Fair, the technology is not! Join industry leaders as they browse the tables of the leading automotive companies to learn about the technologies transforming the automotive industry.
3 hours of innovative technologies, in-depth conversations and networking
30 discoveries from our member companies leading the field in automotive innovation
300+ attendees from across the broad automotive ecosystem
Every year, thousands of ideas are shared at our Annual Science Fair.
Our 2020 Science Fair will be held on Columbus Day, Monday October 12th, at the Computer History Museum, Mountain View. Autotech Council members exhibit for free, plus a few tables will be available to select non-members at $5,000. Companies founded after 2016 may reserve a demo table for $2,500. The fair is open to the public, free of charge.
Exhibit Table: 8 foot display tables are offered to Autotech Council members, enterprise exhibitors and featured sponsors.
Parking Lot Demo: Bring a demo vehicle to showcase your technology on the tarmac
Startup Stand: Startup exhibitors get a 30" tall cocktail table in the Startup Zone, with the same focus on technology and partnership.
Sponsor: Science Fair sponsors have their brand and innovation message delivered to every Science Fair participant and 10,000 Autotech Council subscribers. No travel, No demo, No problem. You can still be included in the Science Fair by distributing collateral on our sponsor table and adding your pitch to our innovation library. Sponsors are also included in the Science Fair website, marketing, promo, social, onsite, and printed and online directory.
Each company and technology presented will be promoted to the Autotech Council community including OEMs, startups, investors, vendors and press. Description of demos will be included in event collateral and marketing material distributed online and in print before and during the Science Fair.
